- Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners. - The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights. - You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work. - Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.

GENERAL
- We only accept commission through Vgen - Please give us at least 1 - 3 WEEKS to finish your art. It may take longer depending on circumstances such as college work, health, complexity, or other issues. Please understand :3 - Please provide at least 2 or more. For example, references for poses, vibe, style of clothing, background, and OC worksheet, etc. Making from scratch/nothing will cost you extra. - May deny/ignore any commission set by the client that is deemed to the artist’s best interest, health or time and is against the set of terms of service for the commission. - The commission piece will be used as a portfolio or posted on my social media. - Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission will be cancelled and there will be no refunds. - The terms outlined here may vary slightly, depending on the type of commission.

Additional Details

PAYMENT
If you are unsure, we can use (50%), half of the payment should be paid in advance, and the rest after finishing the commission. Payment plans can be arranged for larger commissions; ask me for details if necessary. A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.

REVISIONS
Revision is allowed if the client requested it. Clients are allowed to order a minimum of two rounds of revisions, specifically on the Sketch and Coloring phase (Pre-rendering). Ensuring that the final artwork meets their exact specifications and exceeds their expectations.

REFUNDS
All commissions are non-refundable; some will be exceptions. For example, once I start working on your commission and you have paid upfront, then you won’t be able to refund it unless I have not started working on your commission. If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.

I, AS AN ARTIST; - retain the rights over any commissioned works. - I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media. - I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork. YOU, AS A CLIENT; - You may be allowed to share or post the commission piece without a watermark as long as you give credit/name from the Artist’s official account with a link (such as Twitter, Instagram, Deviantart, etc.) - Cannot claim the artwork as yours. - Cannot paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above. - Cannot use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI. - Cannot reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me. - Can use the finished piece for social media profile pictures, desktop backgrounds and wallpaper. You may also print at your leisure as long as it is for a non-profit and solely for your enjoyment.
